Mindfulness
Enso is partner in the project "The Safe and Mindful Movement of Young Refugees and Migrants into Youth Groups". Alongside partners from Portugal and Italy, Enso looks to increase youth groups skills to engage migrants/refugees into expressing their feelings post-migration using mindfulness techiniques.
Language Courses
Wanting to learn a new language while growing other skills? It was what teachers from Poland were able to do, by travel to Malta to undertake a course to improve their English language and learn about new teaching methods, all manage and organized by Enso
Job Shadowing
We manage work experiences like job shadowing across Europe, such as the teachers from The Netherlands that got to go to Bristol to job shadowing car sales, fashion shops and in Weston College.
VET
"European Network for Focus on Upskilling Pathways"
The context of the project is the current situation of vocational training in Europe, which requires determining the paths of raising qualifications. The project aims to gather stakeholders to effectively support them in implementing adult dissemination paths.
Electrics
20 students from Poland, learnt more about electronics with Enso Group Mechatronics Engineer, Peter Gibbons. Got to visit City of Bristol College and develop their English while increasing practical skills in electronics.
