What To Expect As An Employer
Enso Group works with many reputable organisations in cities throughout the EU. It does not matter if you are a large corporation, or a small business, charity, school or a self-employed freelancer; if you think you can provide our students with a good working environment and opportunities to learn, then we would be happy to hear from you.
Our company works with many highly ranked European Universities and Colleges that utalise Erasmus + as a fantastic opportunity for their students to enhance their CVs, experience and outlook. All participants undergo an application process in their home country as well as online video interviews with our team. This is to ensure that their language skills, competencies, and experience are well known to us before we start looking for a suitable work placement.
Our students receive funding from European Commission’s Educational Programme – Erasmus+. This covers the cost of their accommodation, travel expenses and food. We organise all the paperwork and have a 24/7 helpline for all students and organisations for support during the placement.

Placements of 1 Week to 6 months

Between 1 - 2 students per line manager
